Gear Up for Summer Challenge

Begins April 1st for 6 weeks of sweat strength and fun.

Do you lose your motivation in the gym as the sun begins to shine outside? Did your resolutions go out the window two weeks into January?

We've been there too! That's why, this spring, we want to give you the best start to your summer possible and use a new season to get yourself into some healthy habits for summer! 

This program is comprehensive and the exact perfect place for the person that's never set foot in the gym or is looking to add some new workouts to their program. This challenge will give you your week of workouts and include 1 in class session each week to keep you in touch with your coach and on track for your goals.

The program includes a well rounded approach to fitness including aerobic work, HIIT style workouts, and strength training to make sure your body is in the best possible shape. We will spend some extra time toning up those muscles and doing high intensity workouts to get you ready for the sunny weather. Between weekly emails, a Facebook Support Group, and in class sessions we are here to help you out every step of the way. Workouts will be given with plenty of modifications for all skill levels (total beginners have no need to fret) and picture, video, and in class instruction will make sure you complete each workout safely and efficiently to get your desired results.

The challenge will include:

Classes will run Monday nights at 7:30pm for 1 hour. Limited spaces are available for this session but more times will become available if more register. The more the merrier so grab your friends and get fit together this spring.
