Athlete Summer Series

Please check back in the New Year for our 2019 dates! 

Get a sweat on in the summer sun and blow your teammates out of the water at tryouts this year.

(If you're a swimmer, we'd like to clarify that water thing is just a phrase and strongly discourage that sort of foul play). 

The Athlete Summer Series is run by an NCCP certified weightlifting coach, and athletes will be introduced to the fundamentals of strength and conditioning, and the basics of programming strength workouts. Athletes will create goals specific to their sport and learn how to achieve them through strength and conditioning workouts.

Sessions will run twice a week from June 5 to August 31, so athletes 12 years and older can give their best performance at tryouts in the fall.
