This individualized program design gives you a weekly schedule of personalized workouts that fit your needs, current fitness level and schedule. A Functional Movement Screen (FMS) will be conducted and corrective exercises will be prescribed to focus on areas of weakness and instability. You can have the program revamped every 4-5 weeks so that you can keep making progress!
