Team Training Program
We won't make you do sharing circles or trust falls, but Team Training makes a notable difference in teamwork, agility, strength, speed and skill.
The Team Training Program is designed to enhance athletic development of minor sports teams. The program teaches proper training techniques, emphasizes functional movement, works to eliminate weakness and asymmetries throughout the body, and exposes the athletes to challenging and complex movements. This style of training encourages positive team chemistry, as well as a development in strength, mobility, agility and speed. The athletes will notice much improvement in their proprioception, balance and power output.
What You Get:
- FMS conducted to all members of the team
- Corrective Exercise prescription to be completed at home by each athlete
- 60-minute Group Training Session which includes the following program elements:
- Dynamic warm-up
- Strength and Power Training
- Anaerobic Conditioning
- Torso Training
- Cool Down & Flexibility
- Nutritional Support, Goal Reevaluation and Lifestyle Coaching
- Sports specific training for the whole team
- A balanced program that considers team goals and fitness assessment results
- An at-home schedule with exercise and diet recommendations
