Owning and operating Studio 410 alongside her sister is a dream come true for Devan. Ever since they were little girls, they would dance and sing around the living room and take turns teaching each other or auditioning one another for their "home musicals". From a very young age, both girls have been very involved in all aspects of the performance arts, starting off their professional career with Drayton Entertainment's production of "Canadian Loonie" (2002). Since then, they have appeared on stages across Canada and into the United States.
Devan started dancing under the tutelage of her mom, Janice, and continued on to take lessons from the renowned Tiffany Fewster and Chanda Gibson-Leahy. Her efforts paid off when she claimed the Canadian Stepdance Champion in both solo and group classes. Her original choreography has been the staple of the Ballaghs original dance routines and has brought their dance group, and some of her students to win multiple awards in the Ontario Stepdance circuit.
After obtaining her Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma from Conestoga College, and achieving her certifications for fitness, personal training and Functional Movement (FMS), she moved to Toronto to pursue training in the arts. While living in Toronto, Devan trained in all forms of dance at City Dance Corps, taking from the best of the best in teaching and in performing. Her focus in tap allowed her the opportunity to be involved with the Toronto Rhythm Initiative (TRI) and gave her the opportunity to experience improvisation and to study under the "greats"; Ayodele Cassel, Diane Montgomery and Lisa LaTouche (currently starring in the Broadway musical, "On Your Feet").
Upon moving home, Devan continued to actively train in both the arts and athletics and offered services in both to people of the community and beyond. Devan has been blessed to continue lessons with teachers who are still active in the theatre industry; Rebecca Poff, Wendy Ewert, Valerie Hawkins and take as many workshops as she can, including the Theatre Teachers Workshop held in New York City. Currently, Devan is working alongside the rest of the Ballaghs to promote their most recent album, "Arrow", in which she had a large role in the songwriting and arranging process. Recently, she and the Ballaghs have completed tours to the East Coast of Canada and their first European tour across Ireland.

I have had a love of singing for as long as I can remember. Growing up I was fortunate to have many opportunities to sing in church choir, cantatas and worship teams. After traveling aboard for a number of years, I decided to pursue an education in what I loved...SINGING!
I attended St. Clair College in Windsor where I received my three year Musical Theatre - Performance Diploma. Through that experience it was there I realized I wanted and needed to share the knowledge I had gained with others. Knowing the importance of how to use your voice as an instrument properly and effectively is something that I have a passion for.
Upon graduation from college I met my now husband and we have an active 5 year old who keeps us on our toes. We currently live in Walkerton and I am so thankful, and excited for this opportunity!!!!

Roger Williamson is a full time musician who has toured Canada playing guitars, bass and pedal steel.
With his musical styles ranging from Rock'n Blues to Jazz, Folk, Bluegrass and Country Roger remains in demand as a live performer as well as a session musician.
Roger also provides music lessons to many students from studios in multiple locations throughout the area. Roger's private lessons are individually tailored to the playing level, learning style and specific needs of each student.
It all began for me back in the mid 60's when Ed Sullivan announced "The Beatles". That kicked off a 55 year life as a drummer, and to this day I am still playing, buying, selling, trading kits etc.
My life, even though I am retired, continues to revolve around percussion and drums. Having toured and performed across North America several times, I had to familiarize myself with all music styles if I were to continue as a professional player.
I was very fortunate to have been associated with several famous, well known artists, where I continued to grow and learn as much as I could take in!
I learned that drummers are the driving force in everything from quiet acoustic settings to large big bands with thunderous dynamics. Drummers must learn to play for the music not themselves.
As an instructor I really think of myself as a "developer". Together with your child I will focus on proper technique, etiquette, reading skills, dynamics and learn how to listen and respect the other musicians around them.
You can never stop learning because life never stops teaching!
I have worked with children and adults in various capacities for over 30 years - as a tutor, teacher, children's librarian and latterly as a piano teacher. I have passed the Royal Conservatory of Music Grade 8 Piano and Grade 2 Theory examinations, and am currently studying Celtic harp with Sharon Johnston in Goderich. I play piano for Teeswater United Church, and have accompanied vocal, violin and flute performers.
My approach is to discover how each of my students learns best, and to harness his or her energy and enthusiasm - no matter their age or experience. Once he/she discovers that music is enjoyable, there is no telling where that might lead.

She has a passion for fitness, health, music, dance and working with people of all ages. I am a graduate of Strength and Sport Conditioning at Canadore College in North Bay. During my time at Canadore I had the opportunity to learn under the eye of some great coaches. I learned both the basics of strength training and Olympic Lifting and how they can be programmed for athletic training.
I grew up in Mount Forest playing and coaching mainly Softball and Hockey but also learned to love just about every sport I came across. In my first year of college I started competing in a completely new sport of Olympic Weightlifting and later in Powerlifting. It was unlike anything I had competed in before but I fell in love with it immediately and continue to compete. Studio 410 is now a registered club in the Ontario Weightlifting Association and I hope to bring in some new athletes that I can introduce to this amazing sport.
Here at Studio 410, I hope to bring in some new and exciting opportunities such as our Barbell Club which is an open gym time to come work with a coach on anything you desire. I will be working with athletes and teams in the area creating bigger, stronger and more powerful athletes. You can also find me here coaching classes and putting my own spin on things. I have a passion for fitness and aim to make your hour in the gym the most fun hour of your day
Lucy is so happy to be a part of the fitness team at Studio 410.
Since her first highland dance lesson at age 3, active living has been a huge part of her life. Lucy went on to dance for 15 years and, in 2007, was ranked one of the top 5 highland dancers in the world. She then discovered long distance running and almost instantly fell in love with the sport. Running has not only done incredible things for her physical health but also her mental health, creativity, stress management, confidence, and countless other aspects of her life. Lucy ran her first full marathon in the fall of 2018 and hopes to do many, many more.
Lucy has seen every Star Wars movie at least 10 times, loves musical theatre, the Beatles, and sharing good food with friends and family. She looks forward to working with Studio 410 for many years to come.
When I was 15 years old I brought dad's old weights from the basement up into the living room, and claimed an upstairs doorway with a homemade chin-up bar. I immediately caught the bug. Ever since then resistance training has been my passion and obsession. Over the last 10+ years I have been fortunate enough to work with bodybuilding coaches and some of the top powerlifting athletes in Canada while working towards my own personal goals. During my time competing in powerlifting I was able to achieve my all-time best lifts on the platform of a 405lb squat, a 315lb bench press, and a 545lb deadlift making a 1265lb total. In my free time, I continuously seek out the latest information from many of today's experts in strength, health, and physical performance in efforts to expand upon my knowledge of all things muscle-building. Though I am unable to strength train or compete currently due to changes in my health, I am still an active member of the powerlifting community and am a regional official for the USPA/IPL powerlifting federation.
Lifting weights is my thing, so if you have any questions don't be shy to ask!

Registered Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor:
Slade graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto with honours focusing on sports, rehabilitation and prenatal massage.
He loves the reality that being a massage therapist doesn't feel like work and the pure joy that comes from helping people is one that is cherished and honoured. He believes a balanced approach between fascial, deep tissue, trigger point, joint mobilization and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation techniques is most effective.
Slade is a professional skydiver, taking students on their first jump as a Tandem Instructor or capturing the experience as a photographer and videographer. The most important part of that role carries over to massage. Keep people safe and empower them with knowledge to make choices right for them. This is evident in his firm belief that proper assessment and palpation to identify specific structures leads to better understanding of client concerns as well as efficient and effective use of treatment time.
His training as a yoga instructor provides a solid foundation for incorporating alignment principles and good bio mechanics when offering therapeutic exercise. His continuing yoga education reminds him that our over all health is much more than a healthy body.
He also teaches partner yoga in the form of Acroyoga, through dynamic and therapeutic modalities that create connection, clear communication and trust.
