PAIGE BALLAGH
VOICE, SONGWRITING
Paige started dancing under the tutelage of her mom, Janice, and continued on to take lessons from the renowned Tiffany Fewster and Chanda Gibson-Leahy. Her dance group at the time, The Ballagh Bunch, became all Canadian champions. Her and her sister's original choreography has been the staple of the Ballaghs original dance routines and has brought their dance group, and some of her students to win multiple awards in the Ontario Stepdance circuit.
Paige was active in music throughout high school, competing in fiddle and dance, song-writing, and singing in many school events, including a lead role in the year end Les Mis tableau. Paige went to Ryerson University for Creative Industries before pursuing her dream of owning and operating Studio 410.
Aside from her role at the Studio and Paige's performance career, Devan and Paige have previously been hired by the Foundation for Enriching Education to conduct performance workshops across schools across the Avon Maitland school board. Additionally, the girls have teamed up with the Almost Famous Players in Wingham to choreograph and instruct routines.
Paige has recently participated in the Theatre Teachers Workshop held in New York City. Currently, and is working alongside the rest of the Ballaghs to promote their most recent album, "Arrow", in which she had a large role in the songwriting and arranging process. She acts as tour manager, and has recently performed tours across the East Coast of Canada and their first European tour across Ireland.
She has become a Summerfolk Youth Discovery Artist, and has been a developing Singer-Songwriter.
